We understand and expect you to have questions prior to coming on board with Lyquid Talent.  As a start, we’ve laid out commonly asked questions, however these surely won’t answer personal questions regarding your dance website needs.

How does signing up and getting my own Dance Website help me?

Getting your professional Dance Website enhances your career as a dancer in several ways.  First off, your Dance Website will be viewed by Artistic Directors, Choreographers, Company Members, Fans, etc.  The exposure is vast and you will need to look your best.  The styles we offer are highly unique and appealing, giving you the perfect emphasis you need and crave as a dancer.  Having a subscription with Lyquid Talent allows people to follow your career in a fun way.  If you market yourself correctly, many people within this industry are going to view your Dance Website , whether at their company studios, auditions, on their smart phones, etc.  If you need more convincing, let us know, we will be happy to give you a list of reasons!

What are the hours of operation for your Support Team?

Our Support Team & Billing Dept is available:

  • Monday – Friday 10:00am – 7:00pm (CST).
  • Saturday 10:00am – 2:00pm (CST).
  • Emergency level support (our system detects these during off hours) will remain Monday – Sunday 9:00am – 9:00pm (CST).

Support Tickets are are handled in the order received. Depending on the complexity of the request, it may take longer to fulfill. Always keep an eye on your spam folder if you do not see a message from us within 24 hours.

Through our Lyquid Talent artistic program, we provide you with a maximum of 15 minutes each month of free support (which we include in your service plan). If your Support Request will exceed your allotted time, we’ll provide you with an estimate of cost to complete the needed work.

Why do you offer so much free material?

Pointe Magazine, Dance Magazine and other mediums charge you for information that we believe should not cost you a dime.  We do the leg work and present to you, FREE materials such as Audition guides, tips, checklists, company class assistance, Ballet Company lists and contact information, etc.  We  bring all the necessary information you need and want into a convenient location helping you learn and better prepare you for the future.  Enjoy!

If I choose to discontinue my subscription, how can I stop paying?

Do you wish to Unsubscribe…? If so, we’ve made it extremely easy for you. Simply log into your Lyquid Agency account, find your web plan and click cancel.  Your account with us will be automatically closed. We strive to work out any concerns or problems that arise and we ask that you contact us prior to closing your subscription. Please send an email directly to order@lyquidagency.com and we will do our very best to address any and all of your concerns! Thank you!

What is the overall process?

The overall process is very easy and straight forward!

  • 1. You will place your order for the website package you feel will work best for you.
  • 2. We will email you a link to a very brief form where we will gather information about your domain. You’ll also receive access to our private Selection Gallery where you will choose your new website style!
  • 3. Once we receive the intro form, we will send you to our Client Worksheet. This is where you’ll provide ALL the content for your website. This is also the step that you will upload all your files (images, files, etc) to our servers.
  • 4. Once we receive ALL of your website content, we will get straight to work and begin developing your website!
  • 5. You’ll receive notification once the site is up and running and ready for review. You’ll either be able to request modifications or tell us everything looks great.
  • 6. We officially launch your website and provide you with your own private access to your website.
  • 7. You have a great time promoting your new website and grow your Internet presence!

How long will it take to build my business or personal website?

Once you place your order, we will quickly get to work on building your account and guiding you through our simple process.

Upon receiving all of your information (content), we typically will complete your website, getting it ready for your review within just 7 business days. Once everything checks out, we’ll spend about another 1-4 days to setup your personal website user account so you can log in and edit and post new info on the fly.

How do I get help setting up my website?

You don’t need to worry about anything! We build EVERYTHING for you. All you need to do is submit all your photos and information.

Afterwards, you may refer to our video tutorials for assistance, or you may also send us a support ticket. We will respond very quickly and get you taken care of with 24 hours!

All these services are free of charge (certain amount of time allotted each month) and are included in your recurring payment.

How long do your promotions last?

Some promotions only last a day.  Others may run for a week and upwards to a month.  That’s why the minute you see a promotion, we highly recommend you jump on it and sign up.  Once a promotion has ended, we will no longer honor that price.

What is a good domain to choose?

Most dancers use a combination of their first and last name, as in www.johnsmith.com.   It’s all up to you. If you do not currently have a website or domain name, we will work with you to find a name that best fits you.

How do I add my current domain to your system?

It’s extremely simple! If you already own a domain and are not using the free one we provide for your use through your active account, simply tell us during your initial account form after you create your account. We will then email you our “Name Servers” along with instructions so you can adjust your domain settings with whomever you registered the domain through (for example, GoDaddy).

I want to use an already registered domain but I do not have the user name and password for my registrar account. What can I do?

You will need to contact your Domain Registrar and have them provide you with the login information. In the mean time, provide your domain name to us and we can see if there is any help we’re able to provide you with.

Who owns the domain name for my site?

If you do not have a domain name when you create your account, we will pay all the registration costs for you as agreed upon during your account creation. This domain name is free for you to use as long as your account is in good standing.  You do also have the option to pay and register your own domain name whereas we can provide you the correct server information in order for us to “host” your domain.

How much of the site can I customize?

You can change most of the text on the site, create and add your own custom images, banners, documents, and text. If there is ever anything you need changed that you do not have access to, simply send us a support ticket and we will take care of it for you (if it’s something that can be changed), for free!

Does Lyquid Agency support Flash?

We do not support generating the code to implement these flash animations into the website. Flash files are not read via Apple products therefore we highly recommend never using this outdated method.

Do you offer content in other languages?

We currently do not offer the base content in other languages.

Will people be able to find my Lyquid Talent Website in major search engines such as Google™ and Yahoo!®?

Once your site is set up, all major search engines will crawl your website and index all your content displayed. To speed this process up, you may request that we submit your website to these search engines directly for a one time $50 fee. Our websites are built with search engines in mind and are delivered with a strong SEO foundation.

We offer additional SEO features that you can add to your account at any time that will give your website a boost when working on your search rankings. Contact us for more info as these options are not discounted for the Lyquid Talent program.

Can I add pages and links to my site?

Absolutely, you can add as many links in your site as you want.  With our Lyquid Talent program, we do have a specific set of web pages we allow for.  If you have any ideas or questions as it comes to adding a special web page, please contact our Support Team and we’ll come up with a game plan for you.

How can I retrieve my password if I lose it?

You may visit the login screen of your website and click the link that says “Forgot Password” and follow the on screen instructions. If you need further assistance, please email us at support@lyquidagency.com
